Production Co-ordinator

SUMMARY:

Our client, a corporate clothing manufacturing company based in Pinetown KZN is seeking to employ an Experienced and Qualified Production Co-ordinator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

Grade 12 / Matric

Technical / Production Diploma

PC literacy – Word, Excel, or other practical production programs

Relevant practical experience in the clothing industry

Corporate clothing knowledge & experience would be advantageous

Must have at least 5 years’ coordinating in a pressurized environment where meticulous attention to  detail & accuracy is required Self-starter who has a hands on style of work and  ability to prioritize orders

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
• Manage the production so that scheduled goals are met
• Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities
• Develop cost-effective measurements to achieve exceptional business practices
• Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands
• Maintain current knowledge on the market and industry trends
• Conduct research to further understand competitors
