SUMMARY:
Production Co-Ordinator

POSITION INFO:

Price confirmation and Negotiations with suppliers and printers
Pushing through Mtrac orders
Fixing or Reporting on (major) price differences in costings between supplier and mtrac
Communicating with client regarding sizes, logos, packing, deliveries
Finalizing order and Order Adjustments: Substitutes, downsizing, colours backorders, alterations
Communicating layouts and delivery dates with suppliers
Approval of layouts with suppliers
Negotiating with suppliers on completion dates and deadline dates
Managing receiving, packing and delivery of stock with warehouse
Organizing weights dimensions with warehouse and arranging with courier
Specialized Packing and splitting instructions
Invoices, collection and Delivery of stock between factories and to clients
Reporting production status to Team Managers
Upkeep of Mtrac
Working closely with Administrative assistant
