Production Assistant/Production Line Attendant
Reporting to the Production Supervisor
Purpose:
To assist the press line team with support functions, including loading, unloading, stacking, cleaning, and quality support to ensure the line runs efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10 or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a factory environment (advantageous).
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
- Willingness to follow instructions and operate within safety rules.
- Able to work shifts and overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load/unload components onto conveyors or offload finished parts from the line.
- Stack, pack, and label parts as per work instructions.
- Assist with die changes and cleaning of workstations.
- Support the quality team by separating non-conforming items.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.
