SUMMARY:
Production Artisan required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Be responsible for the technical upkeep of the facility and  ensure that the site complies to all legal governing requirements and standards playing a working artisan role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant risk and compliance
  • Maintenance /plant efficiency
  • Cost management 
  • People management
  • Functional competence-skills and knowledge required:
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Specialist in cellar/production and maintenance processes
  • Excellent planning/organising and control skills
  • Personnel management and conflict management
  • Preferably Millwright with PLC programming experience
  • OHS/NOSA Safety Act specialist, will be GMR2 for site

Requirements:
  • Tertiary certificate in maintenance related field
  • Qualified Millwright with PLC fault finding/programming experience
  • 5 Years production Maintenance experience, preferably in FMCG or CPG environment
  • 5 Years knowledge of Cellar processes, preferably in fermentation
  • Excellent project planning experience
