Production Administrator/ Assistant

Our client , based on Epping  2 Cape Town - is looking for a Production Administrator/ Assistant to work as part of a team to control & manage the flow of materials from arrival at goods receiving to warehouse, to manufacture, to finished goods warehouse to dispatch.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Production Administrator experience
• Experience on Syspro
• Attention to detail
• Experiences working in a Factory/ Warehouse

Responsibilities and duties:

• Stock control of all raw materials & finished goods warehouses (GRN & Transfer)
• Goods Inwards receiving & processing
• Return for Credit of faulty goods
• Stock control injection moulding warehouse (GRN & Transfers)
• Follow-up and manage all raw material purchase orders with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
• Participate & supervise stock-takes
• Prepare Multi-Level Trial Kits for production
• Process all production builds and assemblies
• Maintain all production data on Syspro
• Ensure all labels are printed and available for production and packaging
• Supervise dispatch & local deliveries (ensure correct stock is shipped on-time)
• Supervise returns & advise on credits
• Supervise write-offs of scrap material
• Assist the production manager with management/supervision & control duties
• Any other production aspect / project that may arise from time to time
