My client is seeking a highly organised individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role to join our team as a Production Administrator. POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Matric.
3 Years’ experience in a similar role and or experience working as a production coordinator in the manufacturing industry.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and orders at a time.

DUTIES:

Complete daily Job and Production cards.
Analyse through job cards the productivity of employees.
Co-ordinate orders with lead time.
Reviewing production schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed and on time.
Co-ordinating orders with Dispatch Department.
Loading orders and CRM system and mange accordingly.
Prepare monthly production reports.
Analyse cost effectiveness of production processes
