SUMMARY:
Product Owner/Business Analyst
POSITION INFO:
Analysis:
Communicate with Business to gather requirements represented by Business.
Research requirements identified as priority in Story Development sessions.
Conduct meetings or workshops if required to gather requirements.
Compile user stories and user acceptance criteria for all requirements.
Responsible for product documentation handed over to development and roll-out team for implementation.
Creating wireframes (UX) or fat marker sketches for Design / Development team to build from.
Collaboration:
Engage with business teams on deliverables.
Engage and maintain key internal and external relationships to the process.
Translating and communicating requirements to the Development team in a manner that developers can understand.
Key stakeholder in sprint planning and sprint handover sessions.
Support and engage with development team on stories in sprint.
Support and engage with Quality assurance team with information and testing requirements when required.
Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master, and Agile team to facilitate & enable the teams to meet sprint deliveries and client expectations are met
Participating in, and co-presenting demos to Business where required
Post Delivery tasks:
Develop an understanding of the customer base and product features.
Research post implementation reviews of products and features.
Monitor and research support requests and product bugs timeously.
Qualification and Experience:
3 years experience in requirements analysis positions
Experience in Agile methodologies and teams
