Product Owner

Analysis:

l  Communicate with Business to gather requirements represented by Business.

l  Research requirements identified as priority in Story Development sessions.

l  Conduct meetings or workshops if required to gather requirements.

l  Compile user stories and user acceptance criteria for all requirements.

l  Responsible for product documentation handed over to development and roll-out team for implementation.

l  Creating wireframes (UX) or fat marker sketches for Design / Development team to build from.

Collaboration:

l  Engage with business teams on deliverables.

l  Engage and maintain key internal and external relationships to the process.

l  Translating and communicating requirements to the Development team in a manner that developers can understand.

l  Key stakeholder in sprint planning and sprint handover sessions.

l  Support and engage with development team on stories in sprint.

l  Support and engage with Quality assurance team with information and testing requirements when required.

l  Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master, and Agile team to facilitate & enable the teams to meet sprint deliveries and client expectations are met

l  Participating in, and co-presenting demos to Business where required

Post Delivery tasks:

l  Develop an understanding of the customer base and product features.

l  Research post implementation reviews of products and features.

l  Monitor and research support requests and product bugs timeously.

Qualification and Experience:

l  3 years experience in requirements analysis positions

l  Experience in Agile methodologies and teams
