POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our clients product team. Someone who is passionate about the product management discipline and understands the benefits of frameworks/processes and how to optimise them in a way that is effective and efficient. This role requires someone that will thrive in collaboration with product managers and various cross-functional team members as well as customers and partners to better the clients product processes and product offering.

Knowledge:

Contribute to overall company product strategy and vision
Research competitors and similar product offerings
Engage in proactive development research to continuously identify and/or ideate opportunities for new features, products, and enhanced processes to improve the customer experience.
Manage product platforms used by a wide array of internal stakeholders
Regularly engage in performance analysis, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals based on product metrics
Work with the analytics department to give quantitative context to product strategy decisions.
Analyze data to help product management make better-informed decisions
Build Qualitative & Quantitive Feedback Loops
Help research, organise, and recommend resources on product management best practices
Identify opportunities to automate product manager’s responsibilities and related tasks to help drive consistency and efficiency across product management as a whole
Oversee quality assurance checks on new features

Qualifications and Experience:

BCom Degree or higher in relevant field
3 to 5 years experience
