POSITION INFO:

Dynamic Multinational organization in the Financial technology sector seeks your sound experience to join them as a Junior Product Manager . Ananlyst  with at least 3 years plus experience in product management and coming from the Financial services industry preferably banking - this will secure interview .

we not looking for Product owners musy have product mangement/ analysis experience  

Bring your product management expertise, to contribute towards running our
transactional products to meet customer requirements-profitably while aligning to our strategic goals.

 Qualification and Experience

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
• 3 years relevant experience in product management / Analysis 
• transactional Products experience  an advantage 
• From banking or financial services sector

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure effective end to end management of the product, resulting in growth of active account base, customer entrenchment & retention.
• Implement agreed business initiatives, aligned to strategy by introducing, managing, coordinating activities necessary for successful implementation.
• Monitor and manage implemented business initiatives for continuous improvement by observation, analysis and providing ongoing feedback.
• Ensure compliance by adhering to regulations; policies and procedures.
• Contribute to; innovative solutions, change, updates of standards; policies and procedures that will improve the functioning of the product.
• Keep up with knowledge and industry trends, drive innovation and improve product performance.
• Effectively build, manage, and maintain trusting internal and external stakeholder relations through the delivery of agreed deliverables.
• Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management and ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframe.
• Manage set and agreed expected performance outputs.
