SUMMARY:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Product Manager with knowledge of the Hisense and Port products. This is an opportunity to grow within a fast paced environment where hard work is rewarded, you will be working in a close team of vibrant extroverts who supports and motivates one another.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications required:

Matric
Tertiary certificate/diploma or degree is advantageous

Skills and experience required:

2 + years Product Management experience
Multi-product experience in advantageous
Product knowledge – Hisense and/or Port
Strong Excel skills (ability to do VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables as a minimum)
Understanding of IT market segments (sub-distributors, resellers and end-users)
Strong time management skills
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of and passion for Tech
Strong problem solving skills
Own transport and valid driver’s license
Vaccination certificate required

Job description:

Reports directly to the Business Unit Manager
Understanding and continuous development of Hisense and Port products
Provide product training internally and create awareness to clients on new products on the market
Sales Reporting
Implement and improve company strategy and policies aligning with products
Product pricing and support and updates
Increase product profitability (assist with quotes, pre- and post-sales support)
Assist with product codes, pricelists and costing
Contribute in weekly sales meetings
Resolve stock issues
Manage stock efficiently
Build and maintain internal and external relationships (customers, suppliers, etc.)
