Role: Product Manager - Voice /PBX / Video ConferencingÂ
Location: Johannesburg NorthÂ

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Voice product manager will be responsible for the management of the Voice/ PBX and Video Conferencing product suite including compilation of business cases, costing, pricing, training, product planning and marketing initiatives.
Responsible for the full product life cycle management from inception to end of life and defining the product strategy.
Working closely with internal stakeholders ( sales and pre-sales) as well as Channel partners and clients to drive sales and achieve product revenue targets set.
Role Requirements:
Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in a product management / or similar role ( sales specialist)Â
Experience with one or more of the following PBX brands experience such as Mitel, NEC, Yealink
Experience on one or more of the following VC brands: Kandao, Logitech, Microsoft Teams.

Responsible for:Â
Developing the product strategy for each region based on thorough market research.
Planning and implementing product strategy in order to achieve set targets ( revenue and gross margin, market share)
Own the productâs go to market strategy.
Training both internal (sales) and external (Channel and clients)
