SUMMARY:
Product Manager
Do you like dealing with operations and clients?

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for end-to-end dealings for business
  • Drive to closure the missing usage reporting with resellers
  • Ensure that sales team is representing the interests of all the focused within each respective partner
  • Meet SLAs with partners for usage reporting
  • Work with Sales and operations to meet partner billing and invoicing SLAs
  • Work with account managers to drive incremental revenue.
  • Define & execute skills development programs for partners
  • Work with partners to devise growth strategies and implementing these strategies
Minimum requirements:
  • Two years’ experience in the IT industry
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Distribution (preferred)
  • Marketing or commerce Degree or Diploma (Preferred)
