JOB DESCRIPTION:

Midvaal Jhb South

 Ensuring supplier expenses are GRVd in a timeously manner

 Follow up on missing Invoices

 Ensuring Supplier Invoices are complaint

 Verify information on invoice and packing for local and foreign documents

 Create Accounts Payable files and Purchase orders on Pastel

 Stock returns and concession reports

 Procurement and Supplier communications

 Stock Analysis and placing of orders with suppliers

 Cost accounting

 CIPC Transactions

 Coordinate the logistics and documentation required for imports.

 Maintain Import Logs and Databases for Customs purposes.

 Liaise with Freight Forwarders and Custom Agents as and when required.

 Control and ensure adherence of import and export processes according to regulations and policies.

 Arrange booking and prepare all import documentation.

 Arranging couriers for the shipment of materials/samples.

 Manage and maintain material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.

 Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure

 Resolve customs queries

 Liaise with Internal Departments: Raw Materials Receiving, Sales, Production Planning, Accounts.

 Obtain shipping documents from Supplier (Invoice, Packing list and Bill of Lading)

 Update costing, GRV and Vat Journals on Pastel

 Ensure Payments are done timeously (Email Nedbank BOP form to supplier, invoices to be filed)

 Profit and Loss journals to be captured if needed

 VAT Recons
