SUMMARY:
Leading logistics company based in Gauteng is urgently looking for a Procurement Manager to guide and manage the procurement support services, policies and programs

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience:

Adhere to companies Procurement policy and its requirements
Advising on procurement decisions and protecting the companies brand at all times
Improving external supplier quality, service, innovation, delivery and costs
Development, control, reporting and measurement of compliance to procurement policies, processes and procedures
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet the business requirements
Support local, regional and national business requirements
BEE Tracking and reporting
Lead operational management of external suppliers in terms of B-BBEE, service, quality, cost and delivery in line with agreed contract and SLA

Qualifications & Requirements:

B-Tech / B.com degree or equivalent in Procurement
Minimum of 4 – 6 years in procurement management at a Senior Management Level
Good knowledge of sourcing strategies and tendering processes
SAP Experience
