Procurement Expeditor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Procurement Expeditor

Responsible for budget
Procurement Policy
Develop and manage partnership with internal clients and suppliers
Responsible for requisition-to-order process efficiently
Handling Procurement Related Administration
PO Management – Opening and Closing Purchase Order
Handling queries
Ensure that the procurement policy is applied in all procurement processes.
Maintenance of supplier catalogues and managing supplier pricing
Solve issues related to invoice verification
Responsible for returned goods and ship date upon request
Liaising with suppliers
Maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
Good understanding of the procurement SLA is relevant

Qualifications

Procurement qualification would be an advantage.
Experience and Skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in, project management, and use of ERP systems.
Operational knowledge of shared services and its various components will be an advantage

Competencies

Practical knowledge of effective governance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
Computer literate
Project management knowledge.
Ability to manage small projects and track and report progress
Strong organizational skills
