SUMMARY:
Leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Procurement Assistant to join their team based in Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Matric (Maths, Accounting)
  • Bachelors In BCom, Finance or Engineering Preferred
  • 1- or 2-years working experience
  • Competent in Excel and Word
  • Good time management
  • Great attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Send monthly forecasts to suppliers
  • Pat report completion
  • Stock holding analysis
  • Order forecasting
  • Order sign offs
  • Booking and tracking of containers/shipments
  • Navigating the procurement model
  • Analysing stock levels
  • Reconciling orders placed and received
  • ROI calculations on re-packing
  • ROI calculations on transport costs
  • Weekly stock report
