Leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Procurement Assistant to join their team based in Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Skills:

Matric (Maths, Accounting)
Bachelors In BCom, Finance or Engineering Preferred
1- or 2-years working experience
Competent in Excel and Word
Good time management
Great attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

Send monthly forecasts to suppliers
Pat report completion
Stock holding analysis
Order forecasting
Order sign offs
Booking and tracking of containers/shipments
Navigating the procurement model
Analysing stock levels
Reconciling orders placed and received
ROI calculations on re-packing
ROI calculations on transport costs
Weekly stock report
