POSITION INFO:
Procurement Administration
At least 2+ years procurement experience
Sage Evolution or Pastel Evolution working experience essential
Timeously request quotations from suppliers for monthly and repetitive services and submit with purchase requisitions to management for approval
Maintain monthly service schedules for running costs per site per supplier
Timeously and accurately write out purchase requisitions based on the quotations received
Submit and follow up on purchase orders being raised timeously
Submit and follow up on costings and management approval for all orders to be placed
Ensure daily emergency purchase orders issued by the control room is brought in line to match the above processes
Timeously liaise with the suppliers for all queries, incorrect invoices, outstanding invoices, credits needed and supporting documentation
Maintain query list and tracking of all supplier documentation until submitted for processing and payment to creditors
Prepare monthly fixed asset register to be submitted to head office on the last working day of each month
Timeously assist with new site establishment to arrange for security, toilets, staff and other equipment needed urgently
Monthly upkeep of TPL audit files for submission to head office
