SUMMARY:
Procurement Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Keep the vendors database up to date in the Company ERP system.
  • Handle the vendor applications process: approvals, follow ups, filling.
  • Administrate the Procurement BEE toolkit: in charge of the updates and submissions to auditors
  • Assist the buyers when request to file their PO packs.
  • Assist the buyers when requested to capture purchase orders.
  • Organize events for the department (trips, conferences)
  • Maintain Efficient filing systems.
  • Collect all relevant information and administrate the procurement BEE toolkit.
  • Administrate the vendor application processes.
  • Assist the department in any other administrative duty.
  • Maintain a health and professional relationship with suppliers.
  • Assist the Department in any other administrative duties.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • Procurement/Logistics/Supply Chain Management Certificate
  • 2 years minimum experience in procurement
  • Computer literate (Excel, word)
  • Competence with ERP program (Oracle/JD Edwards)
  • Good organization skills
