SUMMARY:
My Client in the Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Process Technician

POSITION INFO:

Experience in the following will be required.

IMM robot programming and set-up. (KM, Sepro, etc.)
Injection moulding setter experience
Injection process optimization, including robot optimization.
Basic fault finding
Limit switches
Single and 3 phase elect motors
Hand tool and electrical tool use
Repair and replace equipment, wiring and fixtures.
Pneumatics
Hydraulics
Siemens PLC
Solid State Relays
Thermocouples
Safety circuits
Heating systems

Qualifications required, suitable candidates should have either of the following – Electirican, millright, fitter
