SUMMARY:
Seeking a well experienced Process Engineer to apply their expertise in driving continuous improvement in the manufacturing unit in order to maintain and improve operating efficiencies, reduce cost and improve sustainability.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Perform data analysis, root-cause analysis and identify and implement process improvements to support issue resolution and optimizing production processes to eliminate losses, improve quality, capacity and conversion costs.
Conducting process capability studies to establish optimal product rationalization
Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing & conducting research and implement improvements
Evaluate the impact of projects on current processes, and develop and implement appropriate changes relating to operating, safety, and quality procedures.
Facilitate Process risk assessments
Develop Processing/Technical Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Industrial/Supply Chain/Operational)
4-8 years’ experience in a Supply Chain or similar environment
