SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for 60 Manufacturing process operators for an international pharmaceutical/medical concern based in Ireland (Limerick)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, highspeed manufacturing environment?
Do you have a completed 3 year technical qualification?
Do you have an excellent command of the English language?

Requirements:

Valid and completed 3 year technical qualification, either a diploma, certificate or degree.
Must have a valid passport with a minimum expiry of 2024
1 year minimum solid working experience within a medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Fully vaccinated for international placement and travel
Willing to work on a shift roster basis inclusive of weekends (28 days dayshift and 28 days night shift)
This is a single status application for the first 12 months, thereafter you are able to apply for your family to join you (Wife/partner and Children under 18 years only)

What we are offering:

A total CTC of EUR 44 500 per annum - exclusive of overtime
We will cover to cost of single status visa applications, family status visas only applicable after 12 months will be at your own cost.
We will cover the cost of your flights, travel and accommodation for the first 30 day period. after which the company will source and provide suitable accommodation that you will pay for.

Scope of position:

Our Process Technicians are critical to running our high volume, automated manufacturing process. Technicians who have the interest, energy and motivation to work in our fast paced, medical device manufacturing environment will find themselves a rewarding permanent, full time role. Here you will take ownership of:
  • Production output of a Class III Medical Device
  • Equipment Maintenance (controls, sensors, pneumatics & electrics)
  • Using your technical and mechanical skills, developed through interests and/or previous roles, in new and innovative ways
  • Demonstrates mastery and is considered an expert/leader for electrical, key machine safety and/or software proficiencies across the entire manufacturing production line
  • Project work (relating to process improvement including cycle-time and yield development)
  • Contribution to targets related to Safety, Quality, Compliance and Continuous Improvement
 You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Using state of the art IT and software resources, to analyse data and feedback from the line
  • Identifying cycle time and yield detractors
  • Using your own initiative to make the necessary adjustments and modifications to the line improving output
  • Working with your team and the engineering teams, to root cause and problem solve issues
  • Supporting planned and unplanned downtime on the line, to ensure a speedy return to production
  • Replacing and setting up spare parts including, robots, servo drives, vision systems and pneumatics
