Primary Health Care Nurse (Perm position: Monday to Friday)

Hermanus, Caledon, Grabouw 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a large workforce employer currently has an opportunity available for a Primary Health Care Nurse at its on-site clinic in Hermanus.

 

  • Patient cantered health assessment, nursing care plan, appropriate intervention, monitoring and evaluation
  • Dispensing of medicines
  • Provision of preventative health care
  • Four Year Diploma /Degree in Nursing Science (General, Community , Psychiatric and Midwifery)
  • Diploma in Primary Health Care •
  • Must be a holder of a Dispensing Practitioners' License
  • Excellent knowledge of clinical nursing practice , pharmacology and the nursing scope of practice
  • Must have excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)
  • Tech savvy
  • Must have excellent interpersonal , team work and collaboration skills
  • Computer literacy is essential Special Conditions:

Salary: 32 -35k pm.
