POSITION INFO:

Pricing Specialist, Gauteng

Our client is seeking that of a Pricing Specialist for their plant in Jhb.

The applicant must be in possession of:

A matric certificate

Bacholor of Commerce Degree in Accounting, preferably with Costing as a module

Min requirements:

At least 3-4 years commercial contract management experience

Knowledge of general contracts processes, procedures and systems

ERP system experience

Application MUST have experience in:

Implementation of weighted impact (both rate of exchange and inflation) on volume discount increments
Adjust discount model for volume discounts according to weighted average impact
Price and cost analysis
Use sales trends to recommend pricing policy adjustments to management
Build / Converting pricing models
Ensure correct margins applied in pricing
Transfer pricing for foreign subsidiaries forming part of the group of companies
Assist with the maintenance of appropriate margins
