My client a Car Van and Truck Rental Company are looking for a candidate to be based at their Johannesburg or Cape Town office.  This is a unique position and we require a candidate that meets all the below requirements:

Revenue

• Managing setting broker pricing
• Data analysis on competitor pricing
• Interpreted pricing model set and adjust according to utilization
• Managing stop sells of vehicles
• Identifying new opportunities and broker rebate programs
• Manage customer queries, information, and complaints
• Responsible for managing the reservation email portal
• Manage customer experience

Skills

• Proficient at Microsoft office and advance excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to manage difficult customer queries
• 3-5 years of experience in the car rental industry
• High energy and solution orientated
• Drivers licence and own car
