JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tijger Valley, Pretoria East: JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR

Minimum Requirements:

-Well presentable Afrikaans speaking female

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-Matric / Grade 12

-Recent administration / secretarial experience a must

-Advanced computer literacy in MS Office and Dropbox a must (Team Viewer proficiency advantageous)

-Valid driver’s license with good driving skills a must

-Very good people relation skills, and able to communicate on all levels, including difficult clients

-Stable employment record and contactable References a must

-To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately

Duties:

-Diary management, follow up and confirmation of appointments

-Packaging of parcels (local and international)

-E-mail follow up with clients, technicians, staff and suppliers

-Handling of general communications, complaints and follow up

-Stock control of parts and rentals

-Filing and general administrative duties

Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 16 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience)
