JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pretoria Central: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY

Minimum Requirements:

-Presentable and professional female

-Recent Bond cancellations experience at a law firm a must

-Experience in bond cancellations for all major banks

-Fully independently functional from receipt to finalization

-Computer literate in MS Office, Ghost Convey and LMS

-Stable employment record and contactable reference

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Drafting of Bond Cancellations documents for all major banks

-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms

-General conveyancing secretarial duties

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
