Predictive Modeller / Data Scientist
What You’ll Do:
- Dive Deep into Data: Clean, transform, and interrogate massive datasets in Python, R, or SAS to uncover insights that others miss.
- Predict the Future: Build and fine-tune machine learning models that forecast customer behaviour, credit risk, and financial performance.
- Visual Storytelling: Translate analysis into impactful dashboards and visuals with Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with experts across actuarial, finance, and consulting to deliver high-stakes client solutions.
- Grow Fast: Access hands-on projects, structured training, and mentorship to accelerate your career.
What You Bring:- Master’s in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD = gold star â¨)
- 0–2 years’ experience in data science or machine learning
- Strong coding skills in Python or R
- Understanding of statistical modelling and ML algorithms
- Bonus: Exposure to Azure, AWS, Spark, or Hadoop
- Visualisation skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Financial modelling or consulting exposure = a big plus
