POSITION INFO:
The role will see you providing consultative sales support on all business related to IT solutions to their varied client portfolio. Gain an understanding of client requirements & close the deals
Minimum requirements:
Essential:
- Relevant IT qualification
- 4 years’ IT/Software sales experience
- In depth working knowledge of TCP/IP v4 & an understanding of TCP/IP v6
- Comfortable working with hosting technologies including Windows & Linux based server systems, network storage systems & data centre services
- Working knowledge of current security issues & technologies
- A go-getter
Duties & responsibilities:
- Build maintain & manage existing relationships with internal & external customers.
- To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical & business requirements & ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
- Identify the need for all the organisation’s offerings & solutions within every customer, this includes: Base/Opmif/New.
- Prepare professional presentations & proposals for clients clearly highlighting their needs, the proposed value added solutions & the investment cost.
- Provide the customer with required & updated technical information & advice.
- Highlight to the customers the existing situation (Their Needs) & the potential solution with a return on investment & cost analysis benefit.
- To assist, drive & achieve sales targets.
- Consultative approach to selling value added IT solutions.
- Ensuring the accurate & timely completion of paperwork & all necessary arrangements.
- Administration of potential customers & documents to up to date.
- Supply any additional sales & marketing information as may be required from time to time for customers.
- Provide accurate & timely management information, to include - activity reports, project forecasts & KPI’s
- Able to understand business drivers & risks involved to the customer & to the organisation
- Provide & maintain the necessary training to keep up with the new technology & to drive the way of consultative selling & the value added solutions.
- Builds productive relationships internally & externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
- Excessive traveling might be required based on project customer or Area

Remuneration & benefits:
