SUMMARY:
HR Practitioner - Site Based (Kriel)

POSITION INFO:
Site based HR Practitioner - to support line management with contractor management, project facilitating the contractor recruitment process
Reporting weekly and monthly on local labour stats
Onboarding reporting and general HR matters

• Experienced - good communicator with English and Afrikaans to support a mega project in the Kriel Area.
• Min. at least 5  - 6 years experience either within the mining operation or EPCM type environment.
• Ability to work with various line managers'' and assist in the project recruitment process
• Previous experience within SAP - this is critical, as much of the reporting is within SAP 
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Assertive - deadline driven

Previous experience working within project/mining/site environment with various contractors is highly advantageous

Education:

• N Dip: Human Resources Management (Essential/Minimum )

• Certificate First Line Management ( Essential/Minimum )

• Certificate Labour Relations Dev. Prog(Recommended/Desirable )

• B Degree (Relevant) ( Recommended/Desirable)

NOTE:    This requires somebody to be based close to the mining operation (KRIEL) Mpumalanga.

Contract:  Period is 1 year, there should not be an expectation of renewal although it can happen, it''s not guaranteed.
