Practice Administrator - JHB

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Salesforce Electronic data capture platform, organize patient records using electronic health records keeping
  • Stock Take & Ordering, Monitor the inventory for medications and medical equipment and organise for resupply
  • Personal assistant Reception duties
  • Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance review
  • Establish and implement effective workplace procedures
  • Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations
  • Supervise daily practice operations such as billing, debt collections, security and occupational health and safety
  • Interact with patients and address their complaints
  • Assist in obtaining medical aid authorisations

Experience:  

  • Medical Aid Billing/Coding: 2 years (Required)
