Our client is bursting at the seems, they have just taken on 4 massive areas where they are looking for Multiple Portfolio Managers for their Industrial / Commercial parks

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a dynamic individuals to join this growning business and look after their growing portfolios. We need the following for you to get into this TOP organisation:

5- 6 years in Commercial / Industrial Property Management
Commercial property experience
Experience on MDA system ideal
SOme Formal Qualification / Degree

Duties & Responsibilities:

A leading commercial property company seek your expertise in managing their commercial property.
Your excellent skills on working with Commercial properties, dealing with tenants, and managing of MDA system will give you the edge over your competitors.
Matric, with 5 years in Commercial Property Management skills, must speak Afrikaans fluently will open this door.
