My client in Umhlanga is urgently seeking a Portfolio Manager Assistant to join their well-established team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively managing all client and intermediary queries and processing their requests, collating Corporate Actions with Portfolio Manager and clients, collating Private client payment information and documentation, collating share transfer information and documentation, quality checks on all mandates and FICA information.

Education:
Bachelor of Commerce Degree
Registered person exam (Advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Basic understanding of the Private Client business and the stock-broking
Environment
Experience within a financial services industry is essential
Experience in a stock-broking environment is essential
Bonds and Safex exams would be an advantage
Basic understanding of Exchange Control Regulations
