To Manage the overall performance of a property portfolio including optimizing revenue, managing costs and maintaining the asset through effective planned and reactive maintenance.

POSITION INFO:

An exciting career opportunity exists in Johannesburg, Gauteng for a Portfolio Manager within a Property Management environment. To Manage the overall performance of a property portfolio including optimising revenue, managing costs and maintaining the asset through effective planned and reactive maintenance.  Manage the property portfolio team and drive excellent customer relationships.

• Policy Implementation Management
• Operational Planning
• Property Portfolio Management
• Service Provider Management
• Reporting
• Financial and Budget Management
• Staff Management

Requirements:

• NQF 7/8 in Commerce, Property Management or similar is required 
• 5-7 years’ experience in residential property management is required
• 3-5 years management experience 

Salary: R45 000
