Portfolio Coordinator - 12 months fixed term contract

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking to place a Portfolio Coordinator for a 12 month fixed term contract

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications;

Minimum relevant Bachelor’s degree (Orthodox and Biological medicines) – NQF 7, plus Certificate in Project Management and at least five (5) years of relevant experience Certificate in Project Management

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate the upload and administrative screening of new applications and responses received Coordination of the end-to-end registration process by ensuring that applications received are uploaded, screened, captured on the Tracker, arranging Registration Committee meetings, compiling registration documents, preparing the agenda, taking technical minutes, generating and issuing new registration certificates and recognising the revenue generated for medicines registrations Co-ordinate the process of Business Validation of new medicine applications Communicate queries to the Applicant and address queries received from Applicants Co-ordinate Registration Committee (RC) meeting arrangements
