POSITION INFO:

Portfolio Administrator 

One of our clients based in Parow Industria, Site Services Company servicing the Facilities Management Industry, Para stables and Insurance Houses seeks a suitable candidate to join their team.

• Receive and log all customer calls & work requests on CRM system
• Issue of Job Cards
• Allocate jobs to building /Plumbing Supervisor
• Receive Job cards and Process
• Cost & pricing for completed for proposed work
• Issue Quotes
• Ensure that clients are kept well informed
• Requesting of Purchase Orders
• Following up on Purchase Orders from the clients
• Receive the Purchase Orders and pass it for invoicing
• Submit Purchase Order + invoice to the client
• Prepping for Invoicing when Purchase Order is received
• Submit to Line Manager for checking
• Keep Client well informed during this process
• Handle all queries timeously to meet standards
• Maintain a W.I.P File (Work In Process) and action for meeting standards
• Keep track of outstanding payments, follow up for collection
• Submit to Line Manager to approve and process all Credit Notes
• Complete delegated work as assigned by Management and Line Manager.
• Dealing with Insurance Claims would be advantage.
