JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Handle general queries regarding sales, services, installations, faulty issues, etc.
Attend to all warranty and insurance related calls
Ensure all time cards, running sheets, job cards, etc. are updated daily
Attend regular training sessions

REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual (Eng / Afr) – 3rd language advantageous
Grade 12
Code 8 driver's license
PIRB registered
Knowledge of SANS 10254
CETA / Red Seal qualified (non-negotiable)

HOURS:

Mon – Thur: 07:30 – 16:30
Fri: 07:30 – 14:00
Call outs / rotational over time (week-ends / public holidays)
