Calling all Platform Engineers a company focused on building real time solutions for various financial institutions and corporate treasuries, is looking for a Platform Engineer in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

The role is responsible for measuring and optimizing system performance. Provide primary operational support, building software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and application. Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts, improve reliability, quality and participate in on-call rotations to provide support and troubleshoot production issues. The tech stack includes: Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, AWS/Azure or Golang

Education:

A tertiary qualification in IT.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Experience with phoenix environments, blue green deployments and infrastructure as code
