POSITION INFO:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate administration, production, quality, and maintenance of the plant and
vehicles under his control.
Manage the training and development of staff on the operation under his control.
Manage the industrial relationship issues on the operations under his control.
Manage allocated budget and ensure that all budget constraints; re-forecast requirements are
adhered too.
Qualification
Grade 12 Certificate
At least 5 years’ experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete Industry
Prior experience as a Plant Supervisor in the Ready-mix Concrete Industry
Prior experience in the construction industry essential
Tertiary Qualification would be an advantage
