SUMMARY:
Worcester based client is seeking a Registered Class III Process Controller/ Plant Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in water treatment/Biogas Plants. Previous experience as a Lab Technician would be the first price. MUST have a valid driver and Forklift Licence. This is a 4 Shift position, thus own transport is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:
Housekeeping:

Maintaining clean buildings and equipment.
Inspect and cleaning of collection pumps and strainers.
Inspect and cleaning of process instrumentations.
Chemical stacking and storage.

Monitor and Reporting:

Monitor, maintain records and upkeep all plant and equipment registers. (flow meter readings, chemical stock levels, pump hours and analytical instrument readings.
Maintain and upkeep logbooks.
Record, monitor and interpret SCADA and control trends.

SHE Tasks:

Adhere to all SHE procedures in the company and legislation.
Assist with incident investigations.
Report incidents as per the procedure.

Plant Controlling Tasks:

Adjust plant HMI and SCADA according to SOP and SWP.
Manage and adjust flow based on demand.
Operate control centre as per procedure (monitor SCADA, tank levels, report on alarms or failure)

Maintenance Tasks:

Report power failures, breakdowns and noise of equipment.
Execute household first line Maintenance.
