POSITION INFO:

Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing, packaging, and milling Industry is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Human resource development and skills transfer as stated by the conditions of the temporary employment.
Responsible for the efficient operations of the company.
Responsible for stock keeping and control of stock.
Scheduling and executing the maintenance and refurbishment of equipment between operations.
Conforming and maintaining national and internal quality and standards.
Participating in annual budgeting and monthly conformance to budget.
Engaging with contractors, suppliers of operational goods and services.
Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Managing work schedules, minimum stock levels and overtime.
Planning daily, weekly and monthly production activities.
Increasing the capacity of supervisors and managers through skills transfer and further learning.
Managing positive relationships throughout all levels of staff.
