My client is looking for a Plant Engineer - Power Generation in Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum experience

B-Tech or BSC in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8 Years’ experience in heavy Engineering environment
EIT in Manufacturing (Competed)
GCC Certificate (Completed)
SMRI Completed/ Studying towards it
Knowledge and experience in Food Safety
ISO 22000 Advantage

Responsibilities

Compile and control the Power Generation and Maintenance
Review and revise maintenance schedules and implement new schedules where needed
Ensure lowest operating and maintenance costs are achieved
Develop and implement cost effective changes to operation and maintain methods of the plant to optimize production profits
