Placement consultant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a call cycle to visit and engage with potential and current employment partners
• Build up a placement pipeline within your responsible region
• Research recruitment trends in your responsible region
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing  placement partners

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 3 years of Recruitment and Placement experience with a B2B focus
• Good interpersonal and networking skills
• Strong verbal and written command of English language and proficiency in the following languages would be advantages;
  • Sepedi, Sotho, Zulu, Ndebele, and Afrikaans
• Hospitality experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Drivers License
• Own Vehicle
• Ability to travel locally
