Key responsibilities:
Managing, leading and monitoring the pharmacy services within the hospital
Maintain a high standard of quality pharmaceutical services
Financial and Risk management
Effective people management
Legislative compliance and understanding the SA healthcare industry SAPC, DOH 
 
Minimum qualification and experience required:
·         B.Pharm Degree or Diploma and current SAPC registered
·        Minimum of  5 private hospital experience (required)
·         Previous supervisory or management experience needed
·         Understanding of operating structures and relationships within a hospital environment
·         Computer proficient (MS Office)
