Pharmacy Manager

SUMMARY:
Pharmacy Manager opportunity within a hospital in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

We are recruiting for a Pharmacy Manager at a private hospital situated in Cape Town. Applicants must have supervisory/managerial experience, preferably within a private hospital.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the pharmacy services within the hospital

Maintain a high standard of quality pharmaceutical services

Financial and Risk management

People management

Legislative compliance and understanding the SA healthcare industry

Minimum qualification and experience required:

• B.Pharm Degree and SAPC registered
• Registered as Tutor with the SAPC would be advantage
• Minimum of 4-5 years post Community Service within hospital or retail industry
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Sound knowledge of Hospital Pharmacy Operations and Finances
• Computer proficient (MS Office)
