SUMMARY:
Our Client, a company with a focus in Pharmaceuticals is currently on the market for a well-rounded and multi skilled Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This requires planning, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, strategic marketing and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way


Key Job Outputs

• The professional Sales Representative need to constantly achieve individual regional and divisional sales targets
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Key opinion Leaders and Key Customers
• To identify opportunities in the market for new products and new growth areas for the business
• Successfully implement sales and marketing strategies
• Analysis of regional sales, competitor and market data, then help develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potential in the respective area
• To respond adequately and professionally to customer complaints and queries
• Self-starter, able to work independently
• Accurate and timeously reporting

• Consistent application of strategic priorities
• Strong service orientated
• Sound understanding of business principles and processes
• Attention to detail and selling skills, therefore strong negotiation skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong financial and numeric skills
• Knowledge of industry trends, competitor and market dynamics
• Ability to analyse information
• Ability to plan and work independently
• Self-manage and strong sense of time management

• Matric is required. A degree will be beneficial
• Successful track record in FMCG sales
• Experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
• Knowledge of and experience in Independent and Corporate Pharmacy
• Knowledge in Self-medication and FMCG market and related fields
• Computer literacy MS Office (proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• A valid driver’s licence
• Frequent travelling away from home
