SUMMARY:
Personal Lines Portfolio Consultant with experience in servicing High Networth Clients and minimum 3 years’ relevant short term insurance experience, required to manage and service direct personal lines client portfolios.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Personal Lines Portfolio Consultant with experience in servicing High Networth Clients and minimum 3 years’ relevant short term insurance experience, required to manage and service direct personal lines client portfolios.

Minimum requirements:

Matric
FAIS accreditations as set our by FSCA essential
RE5 essential
Relevant CPD and Class of Business certification required
Minimum 3 years’ short term insurance experience in a similar role required
Drivers license and own vehicle required
Extensive knowledge of short term insurance products and the industry essential

Responsibilities:

Manage and service direct personal lines insurance client portfolio
Credit control
Client relationship management
Maintain and improve on SLA’s
Retention
Growing current portfolio
Identifying cross selling and upselling opportunities
Assist clients with claim form and queries
Day to day management and assistance to clients to ensure portfolio profitability
Underwriting on multi-claimant/high loss ration clients
Processing renewals.
