Personal Lines Portfolio Consultant - High Networth Clients

Personal Lines Portfolio Consultant with experience in servicing High Networth Clients and minimum 3 years’ relevant short term insurance experience, required to manage and service direct personal lines client portfolios.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• FAIS accreditations as set our by FSCA essential
• RE5 essential
• Relevant CPD and Class of Business certification required
• Minimum 3 years’ short term insurance experience in a similar role required
• Drivers license and own vehicle required
• Extensive knowledge of short term insurance products and the industry essential

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service direct personal lines insurance client portfolio
• Credit control
• Client relationship management
• Maintain and improve on SLA’s
• Retention
• Growing current portfolio
• Identifying cross selling and upselling opportunities
• Assist clients with claim form and queries
• Day to day management and assistance to clients to ensure portfolio profitability
• Underwriting on multi-claimant/high loss ration clients
• Processing renewals.
