Personal Assistant/Office Manager
Area: Bedfordview
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support in a organised and timely manner.
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about appointments etc
• Answering questions about services of the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements
Requirements
- Matric
- Experience of working in a professional firm will be advantageous
- Basic Debtors and creditors experience
- Fully Bilingual
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Tact and diplomacy
• Communication skills
• A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
• Computer literacy
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Salary: R16500.00 per month
