A Machining manufacturer company in Edenvale Gauteng is looking for a Personal Assistant to assist the Sales Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skills:

Computer Skills (MS Office Suite)
Time Management,
People Skills (Talking to customers)

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls in the mornings.
Assisting with administration work given by SM.
Planning sales/service people's schedules on a calendar.
Assisting with collecting information for replies to customers.
Preparing orders and receiving orders such as catalogues, tooling , spare parts – no lifting is done by us, if needed the tech guys will assist.
Printing and binding training manuals.
Preparing for training courses, helping and planning for exhibitions/shows.

Must have Matric and a vibrant personality.
