My client is looking for a Personal Assistant with Bookkeeping, Accounting and Reporting Skills.

POSITION INFO:

Must have Matric

Must have 5 to 7 years experience in a similar role

Must have Bookkeeping experience

Must have Personal Assistant Experience

Project/office management experience

Admin skills

Pays attention to details

Well versed

Flexible to change

Excellent verbal communication skills

Multitask

Excellent computer literacy

Write minutes for meetings

Highly professional

Schedule and arrange meetings and keep a diary

Time management

Presentation

Work independently and with team
